Job summary

Softvil Technologies is seeking a Tech Lead for React JS and React Native in Singapore. You will provide hands-on technical leadership, architect scalable solutions, and guide engineering teams across front-end and back-end stacks.

The role requires expertise in React, Java/Spring Boot, AWS, NoSQL databases, and modern frontend tech. You will mentor engineers, help recruit, and drive delivery with Agile and TDD practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on React JS and React Native experience is required.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong front-end skills: CSS3, JavaScript, HTML.
• Experience with AWS, microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL.
• Proficient in RESTful services and JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalon.
• Strong collaboration to design solutions meeting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with business partners to understand context and architect solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across software engineering.
• Evaluate new technologies and guide the team on best practices.
• Coach and mentor junior engineers.

Experience & Skills required

• Hands on experience in React JS and React Native is a must


• Experience in Java technologies and applications (Springboot)


• Experience in Front-end Technologies – CSS3, JavaScript, HTML


• Experience in microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures, AWS


• Lambda and RESTful services


• Extensive experience and knowledge of Agile Delivery framework and TDD
