Tech Lead – React.Js and React native

Experience & Skills required

• Hands on experience in React JS and React Native is a must
• Experience in Java technologies and applications (Springboot)
• Experience in Front-end Technologies – CSS3, JavaScript, HTML
• Experience in microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures, AWS
• Lambda and RESTful services
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Agile Delivery framework and TDD
• Experience in JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalo
• NoSQL experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL
• Strong experience in understanding business needs and designing solutions to meet client requirements in diverse technology stacks

Responsibilities

• To work with business partners to understand business context and design and architect best-in-class solutions to their problems.
• Provide hands on technical leadership in all aspects of software engineering design and implementations including data engineering.
• Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies, tools and guide the team on up-to-date technologies, standards and practices.
• Coach and mentor junior Software Engineers.
• Assist in our recruiting and interviewing process.
• Participate in developing project plans, timelines and provide estimates.
