Job summary

Marketnode in Singapore seeks an exceptional technology leader to own the digital-assets and Real-World Asset tokenisation platform. You’ll stay hands-on while shaping architecture, delivery and technical strategy, across EVM-, Stellar and Solana networks.

You’ll partner with Product, Operations and Compliance to translate regulatory requirements into robust solutions and drive secure, scalable tech. Lead a distributed team of ~10 engineers and collaborate with partners to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in software engineering and technology delivery.
• Four+ years leading teams in digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation.
• Hands-on smart-contract development experience (Solidity).
• Experience with Azure, DevOps, CI/CD and observability.
• Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical ownership of the digital-assets and RWA platform.
• Define and evolve the target architecture aligned with product strategy.
• Lead multi-chain development on EVM, Stellar and Solana ecosystems.
• Ensure security, scalability, resilience and observability of the platform.
• Lead a distributed engineering team across Singapore and India.
