Job summary

Marketnode is seeking an exceptional technology leader to own the engineering underpinning its digital-assets and RWA tokenisation platform. This hands-on role blends architectural leadership with strategic roadmapping, guiding a distributed team across Singapore and India to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Eight years of professional software engineering and technology delivery experience.
• Four years leading teams or major technical initiatives in digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation.
• Hands-on software engineering and architecture capabilities.
• Production experience delivering blockchain applications across multiple networks.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the existing platform for tokenisation and related systems.
• Define target architecture aligned with business strategy and ensure security, scalability and observability.
• Lead cross-chain and smart-contract development across EVM, Stellar and Solana.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to translate requirements into robust tech solutions.
• Lead a distributed engineering team, mentor engineers and drive delivery milestones.
