Qualifications
- Eight years of professional software engineering and technology delivery experience.
- Four years leading teams or major technical initiatives in digital assets, blockchain or tokenisation.
- Hands-on software engineering and architecture capabilities.
- Production experience delivering blockchain applications across multiple networks.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end technical ownership of the existing platform for tokenisation and related systems.
- Define target architecture aligned with business strategy and ensure security, scalability and observability.
- Lead cross-chain and smart-contract development across EVM, Stellar and Solana.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Legal and Compliance to translate requirements into robust tech solutions.
- Lead a distributed engineering team, mentor engineers and drive delivery milestones.
