In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee a team of engineers while designing secure, compliant systems for tokenized assets. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in crypto or DeFi, plus strong skills in Solidity. Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in crypto/DeFi.
• Strong hands-on experience with Solidity or equivalent EVM languages.
• Proven experience leading engineers and shipping complex systems.

• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the RWA protocol.
• Lead and mentor a small team of engineers.
• Design and implement production-grade smart contracts.
