Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking a Product Lead to drive the roadmap for stablecoins and asset tokenisation. You will shape strategy, lead a high-performing technical team, and collaborate with senior leadership to deliver innovative digital asset products.

You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and go-to-market teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value and scalable platform capabilities across cross-border trades.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of technical product teams in fintech, DeFi, or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, tokenised assets, or digital currency infrastructure.
• Experience in trade finance, capital markets, or structured finance preferred.
• Ability to translate between technical and business perspectives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
