Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced IT leader to own end-to-end Corporate Banking technology delivery. You will serve as SME across Core Banking, Loan Origination, and Credit Processing platforms, guiding architecture, design, and system integration efforts.

You will lead technical solutioning, oversee CI/CD practices, and mentor teams, ensuring security, reliability, and regulatory alignment in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years IT experience in Banking with strong end-to-end process understanding.
• Knowledge of MAS guidelines and translating them into technical implementations.
• Hands-on with modern stacks: cloud platforms, Kubernetes, MQ, APIs, microservices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SME-level expertise in Core Banking, Loan Origination, and Credit Processing platforms.
• Lead technical solution design, architecture gaps, and remediation for performance and scalability.
• Act as technical project manager for delivery across multiple applications and platforms.
• Define and enforce technical standards, processes, and best practices for Corporate Banking solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and vendor collaboration for system integration.
• Oversee L3 production support and CI/CD code reviews for security and quality compliance.
