Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank, Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank, seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive Enterprise Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Application projects. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, manage budgets, RAID logs, and ensure a smooth transition to BAU.

You will coordinate internal teams and external vendors, lead design reviews and testing, and ensure governance, compliance and detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering large-scale IT transformations in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business management or related discipline.
• Certification on PMP, CITPM or PRINCE2; Agile credentials (e.g., CSM, SAFe) highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and MAS technology risk guidelines.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence) to monitor velocity and technical debt.
• Structured governance, RAID management, change control and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specifications and project objectives.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts: charters, schedules, RAID logs.
• Manage estimates, budgeting and procurement (SOWs/POs) for on-time delivery.
• Ensure infrastructure readiness (servers, cloud, networks) before implementation.
• Direct cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver secure, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate testing including UAT with vendors and users.
