Job summary

Optimum Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Lead / Development Manager to provide end-to-end technical leadership, solution architecture, and design governance for the Private Banking Customer onboarding application.

You will work with business stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure technology solutions, lead code reviews, drive release readiness, and ensure compliance with security and risk standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field; advantageous although not mandatory.
10+ years in developing and delivering IT capabilities for multinational setups.
Minimum 5 years as Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Lead Engineer.
Experience in banking or financial services onboarding domain.

Responsibilities

Act as technical focal point for application delivery with vendors.
Review designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security.
Provide technical leadership to vendor teams on architecture, patterns, and practices.
Conduct code reviews and technical assessments for quality, security, and performance.
Support requirement analysis, design reviews, and cross-team impact assessments.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, infra, testing and vendors to deliver objectives.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues across environments.
Oversee release planning, deployment activities, and readiness.
Ensure compliance with development, security, risk, and change standards.
Review documentation: designs, deployment procedures, runbooks, interfaces, support docs.
Support system integration and production incident management and RCAs.
Assist in implementation planning, cutover, and stabilization post-implementation.
