Job summary

Worldwide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the management, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts. The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in-house.

You will negotiate Master Purchase, Reseller, Professional Services, SOWs, NDAs and other channel agreements with customers and partners, while coordinating with internal counsel and sales teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Degree in a related field required; further qualification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related field.
• In-house legal department experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, redlines and negotiates customer (third party) contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
• Collaborates with other departments to engage Subject Matter Experts as needed.
• Structures, drafts and negotiates contract terms independently or with in-house counsel.
• Acts as primary liaison with in-house counsel for non-standard requests.
• Reviews RFP documents for legal risks and guides proposals to ensure compliance.
• Communicates with internal departments to ensure contracts are executed.
• Prepares contract summaries for internal stakeholders when needed.
• Utilizes the CLM to track and update the contract review process.
