Worldwide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the management, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts. The role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in-house.
You will negotiate Master Purchase, Reseller, Professional Services, SOWs, NDAs and other channel agreements with customers and partners, while coordinating with internal counsel and sales teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for the management, review and negotiation of commercial contracts. The Contracts Manager must be detail-oriented, self-motivated and deadline driven with prior in-house legal experience, preferably in the information technology industry, and able to work independently on multiple competing priorities.
