Qualifications
- LLB (Honours) degree and admission to the Singapore Bar.
- Approximately 3-5 years' PQE in corporate and commercial law, including contract drafting and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including research collaborations, technology licensing, funding arrangements and strategic partnerships.
- Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters, ensuring management of legal risks and contractual obligations.
- Support complex transactions, including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, investments and commercialisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to structure and execute agreements.
- Contribute to development of legal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory initiatives.
