Job summary

Helius Technologies Pte Ltd seeks an in-house Legal Counsel (Augmentation Consultant) for a 6-month contract in Singapore. Immediate onboarding is required to support commercial, regulatory, and governance matters.

The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, tech, procurement, and licensing agreements, plus advisory on contract law, IP, cybersecurity, data protection, and governance. PQE 4+ years in an MNC or reputable firm is expected.

Qualifications

• Law degree with Singapore Bar admission.
• At least 4 years PQE in an MNC in-house team or reputable law firm.
• Strong communication skills and tech-savvy mindset.
• Experience in commercial/regulatory law; IT background is a plus.

• Skills: Strong communication, tech-savvy mindset, and expertise in commercial/regulatory law.
• Bonus: A second degree in IT or background in the digital/IT industry.
