Reporting to the General Counsel, you will support the business across commercial contracts, governance, regulatory matters, and new business initiatives. This role suits a junior to mid-level lawyer seeking broader in-house exposure. The position covers drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on governance and cross-border issues, and contributing to product

Formación

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements across service, vendor, licensing and other arrangements.
• Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical recommendations.
• Exposure to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, IP and cross-border matters.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review and negotiate service, vendor, licensing and other commercial agreements
• Identify legal and contractual risks and provide practical recommendations
• Support corporate governance frameworks, policies and documentation
• Advise on cross-border regulatory and general business matters
• Support new products, partnerships and market expansion
• Assist with IP, confidentiality, data protection and tech compliance
• Maintain contract templates, legal records and internal trackers
• Support legal training and other projects as required
