Elwood Technologies is seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to join our Client Delivery team in Singapore. You will act as a technical point of contact and relationship owner for institutional clients, ensuring success through proactive support, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a client-facing technical role.
• Strong APIs and system integration knowledge.
• Ability to translate client needs into platform configurations.
• Experience with financial markets, FX or macro products.
• Crypto/blockchain interest and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality technical support to clients via chat and email.
• Own and resolve complex technical issues end-to-end.
• Manage Tier 1–3 support cases and client escalations.
• Build trusted client relationships throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Sales to translate requirements.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts.
• Gather and document client requirements for product requests.
• Create and maintain internal knowledge base and documentation.
• Improve support workflows, tools and processes.
