Qualifikationen

• Experience in payments, fintech, or technology services.

• Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging, APIs, authorization, clearing and settlement.
• Proven ability to manage technical implementations and onboarding projects.
• Ability to coordinate across markets, functions, and time zones.

• Manage day-to-day technology and operational relationship with assigned customers.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at operational, technical, and senior levels.
• Lead onboarding, technical implementations, readiness assessments, and incident management.
• Assess readiness, identify risks, and align activities with Mastercard standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production and non-production issues.
• Support delivery of Mastercard products and solutions from scoping to completion.
• Collaborate to prioritise in-market initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Maintain TAM process discipline with documentation and reviews.
