Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Ability to lead engineering projects and manage complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to work overtime and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaffolding provisioning and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate painting and cleaning activities with safety in mind.
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
• Provide security escort for external contractors within the shipyard compound.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team and schedules.
• Oversee allocation of resources and procurement of materials.
• Collaborate with department heads and ship repair managers; report progress.
