Job summary

ST Engineering Marine Ltd in Singapore seeks a Team Lead for Support functions to Ship Repairs projects. You will plan, deploy manpower and resources for painting, cleaning, scaffolding and security escort within client sites.

Lead, mentor and manage the production team, drive safety culture, coordinate with other departments and customers, and manage schedules and budgets for smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering with relevant experience.
• Ability to lead engineering projects and manage complex issues.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and paint specifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead scaffolding provision and ensure safety standards are met.
• Coordinate painting and cleaning activities with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and guidance on safety practices for department personnel.
• Lead, mentor and manage the production team and allocate resources.
