Job summary

ST Engineering Marine Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Ship Repair Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead ship repair, maintenance and conversion projects, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, and the ability to work closely with Customers, Owners' Representatives, and internal teams to drive operational excellence across marine projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Marine Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marine, offshore, or related industries.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ship repair, maintenance and conversion projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Conduct safety meetings and oversee shipboard safety management.
• Ensure additional works are documented for quotation follow-ups by estimators.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, owners’ representatives, and classification societies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide clear guidance and leadership to project teams to achieve operational excellence.
