Grab in Singapore is seeking a Merchant Sales Lead to coach reps, lead acquisition of F&B merchants, and drive complex deals across Grab's ecosystem.

You will partner with Operations, Marketing, Account Management, and Product to onboard merchants, maintain pipeline discipline, and expand partnerships while acting as deputy to the Merchant Sales manager.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach sales reps on F&B merchant acquisition and team performance
• Join strategic merchant meetings to guide reps and accelerate complex deals
• Maintain pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene, and regular conversion metric reviews
• Sell Grab solutions including delivery, QR ordering, payments, loyalty, and ads
• Coach consultative pitching, negotiations, and contracts with restaurant decision-makers
• Partner with Operations, Marketing, Account Management, and Product on onboarding
• Build long-term merchant relationships and expand partnerships across Grab's ecosystem
• Act as deputy to the Merchant Sales manager on broader team priorities
