Job summary

Grab is seeking a Merchant Growth Manager, Emerging, to lead growth efforts with a diverse base of F&B merchants in Singapore, helping them scale across GrabFood, GrabPay, GrabAds, and GrabExpress.

You will report to the Lead, Commercial, Merchant Growth and work onsite at the Singapore Grab office, partnering with cross-functional teams to craft strategies and campaigns that boost merchant GMV and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of merchants.
• Manage merchant accounts with a focus on GMV, monetisation, and delivery volumes.
• Develop scalable business strategies to drive growth for merchants across Grab's ecosystem.
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to share insights, address concerns, and align on growth strategies
• Coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive merchant engagement and growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide customised reporting, marketing support, merchant operation support and product enhancements.
