Moomoo Financial Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Team Lead — Key Account Clients to guide a group of Relationship Managers in acquiring high-net-worth clients and driving AUM growth.

You will partner with senior management to set strategy, allocate resources, and identify market opportunities to expand product penetration. The role requires a strong track record in banking/financial services, excellent communication, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience leading relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record in driving AUM growth and revenue targets.
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, funds, and IPO-related services.
• MAS licenses / CMFAS exams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to achieve client acquisition and AUM growth.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire high-net-worth clients and deepen relationships.
• Collaborate with senior management to set direction, allocate resources, and identify market opportunities.
• Oversee client engagement activities including portfolio reviews, seminars, roadshows, and events.
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, and Operations to streamline workflows and support launches.
• Monitor market trends and report insights to senior leadership.
• Escalate complex client needs and manage high-value negotiations.
