Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic is seeking a Domain Lead for Teaching Allocation & Timetabling to oversee the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of academic workload and timetabling capabilities. You will collaborate with academic schools, central operations, IT, vendors and project teams to ensure reliable, user-centered processes aligned with TP’s needs.

The role focuses on domain leadership, solution delivery, stakeholder engagement and governance, with responsibilities including data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in academic operations, education technology, or timetabling leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing vendors is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, DevSecOps, and data governance is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring peers is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead the domain for teaching allocation, workload planning, class timetabling and related scheduling processes across TP.
• Align cross-domain processes and provide guidance to other Domain Leads as needed.
• Support implementation and configuration of scheduling platforms; validate business rules and data setup.
• Maintain specifications, test records and deliverables balancing business needs, security and cost.
• Engage schools, administration, coordinators and vendors to drive alignment and adoption.
