Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic seeks a Domain Lead for Teaching Allocation & Timetabling to drive planning, delivery and continuous improvement of academic workload allocation across TP.

You will lead the domain, configure scheduling platforms, validate business rules with vendors and internal teams, and ensure data quality and governance.

Engage academic schools and stakeholders, support change management and deliver streamlined, user‑centric scheduling solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in academic operations, education technology, timetabling or related leadership roles.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, data governance, dashboards and service management; analytics is advantageous.
• Experience leading teams, mentoring peers or coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Relevant professional certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Domain Leadership and Product Ownership for teaching allocation and timetabling across TP.
• Solution Delivery and Configuration of academic scheduling platforms with vendors and internal teams.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Change Management with schools, administration, lecturers, and project teams.
• Data, Integration and Governance of curriculum, class, staff, student, venue and calendar data; ensure data quality and audit trails.
• Operations Support and Continuous Improvement including incident reviews, metrics analysis and knowledge transfer.
