Job summary

The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. seeks a Product Manager to steward the full lifecycle of its tea portfolio, from sourcing and blend development to commercial strategy and market launch.

You will balance heritage with innovative strategies to grow revenue and market share across retail and wholesale channels, while coordinating with R&D, Design and Logistics to ensure premium quality and consistent brand storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Product/Category Management or R&D
• Experience in Specialty F&B, Luxury Retail, or FMCG preferred
• Formal certifications (Tea Sommelier or WSET) advantageous

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and lifecycle for tea products.
• Lead the New Product Development (NPD) pipeline from sensory cupping to shelf placement.
• Balance heritage staples with innovative seasonal collections (e.g., CNY, Christmas) and Discovery blends.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain to support storytelling and commercial success.
