Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3-4 years in Brand/Marketing Management, specifically within Retail, FMCG, or specialty tea or coffee.
• Proven track record in scaling e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and managing performance marketing.
• A deep, genuine commitment to ethical sourcing, sustainability, and community impact.
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at a group level.
• A sincere appreciation for tea culture and heritage-led innovation

Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand & Partnerships: Develop and execute a marketing roadmap; secure high-impact partnerships; champion ethical commerce narratives.
• Campaign Management & Performance: Plan and rollout 360-degree campaigns; manage budget; track ROAS and ROI.
• Digital & E-commerce Growth: Grow the digital flagship; optimise UI/UX; manage full-funnel digital marketing.
• Omni-channel Integration (Retail & Tea Bars): Design O2O campaigns to drive foot traffic; ensure consistent sensory brand experience.
• Public Relationship, KOL & Community Engagement: Lead PR; manage partnerships with KOLs and influencers.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor marketing team; create high-fidelity brand assets.
