The 1872 Clipper Tea Co. is seeking a visionary Brand & Marketing Manager to lead the next phase of growth, bridging our heritage with modern lifestyle trends across our digital flagship, retail boutiques and tea bars.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape our premium tea narrative and steer ethical commerce as a core differentiator. You will own omni-channel campaigns, partnerships with luxury brands and hospitality, and data-driven e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a marketing roadmap that elevates modern tea culture and defines market positioning.
• Identify and secure partnerships with lifestyle brands, luxury hospitality, and corporate entities to expand brand reach and prestige.
• Champion the ethical commerce narrative, ensuring growther communities are a core USP across brand touchpoints.
• Lead 360-degree campaigns across digital, retail, and tea bar channels; optimize the marketing budget and measure ROAS/ROI.
