Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Singapore (CPS Plant Tuas Bay) invites applications for an Independent Contributor role focused on tea product development. You will create tea prototypes, develop lab-scale recipes, and work with global and regional teams to localize formulas while ensuring GMP compliance.

With 5–8 years in beverage product development, you will conduct sensory and shelf-life testing, scale up for pilots, and communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in product development, preferably in beverages with tea experience a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate complex topics clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create Tea Prototypes & Formulations.
• Develop lab-scale tea beverage recipes (bases, syrups, and finished beverages) driven by insights.
• Analyze formulas to identify harmonization, lift & shift, and localization opportunities.
• Conduct sensory, analytical, and shelf-life testing with teams.
• Scale up for pilot and commercial trials ensuring feasibility and packaging compatibility.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams and other functions across the business.
