Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant beverage experience, preferably in flavour industry.
• Familiarity with food regulations across the region.
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to quickly research and build expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend new products and refine prototypes to meet briefs and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with inter-departments to improve project flow and success rate.
• Resolve technical challenges for clients in flavour applications through trials and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders and assist with flavour quality evaluations.
• Evaluate flavour trials and maintain accurate database of projects and recipes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to work processes.
