The ideal candidate will have a recognised cuisine qualification, a minimum of 10 years of experience in the production kitchen or hotel industry, and strong creativity in food preparation.

• Minimally 10 years of relevant experience in production kitchen and/or hotel industry.
• Proven track record in R&D of French cuisines or patisseries.

Responsibilities

• Create new recipes and refine taste profiles through experimentation.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef on the development and launch of new or improved recipes.
• Responsible for documentation of new recipes and imparting skills to team members.
