Job summary

Coca-Cola Singapore CPS Plant in Tuas Bay is seeking a food science professional to lead lab-scale tea beverage development. You will create prototypes, perform GMP-driven formulation work, and collaborate with regional teams to align with consumer insights and market needs.

Responsibilities include rigorous testing, scale-up for pilot and commercial trials, and ensuring packaging compatibility while maintaining high safety and data integrity standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in product development, preferably beverages; tea experience is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create lab-scale tea beverage prototypes and formulations.
• Develop bases, syrups, and finished beverages guided by consumer insights and GMP.
• Conduct sensory, analytical, and shelf-life testing with cross-functional teams.
• Scale up pilot and commercial trials, ensuring formulation robustness and packaging compatibility.
• Track results and communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams across marketing, supply chain, and quality.
