Job summary

XIANG YOU CHINESE PHYSICIAN & THERAPY TCM in Singapore is seeking a capable team member to manage daily operation, coordinate TCM service delivery, promote the clinic's services and products, and maintain high standards of customer care.

The role requires fluent Mandarin, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends and long hours. You will handle paperwork, stock replenishment, clinic maintenance, and respond politely to client queries while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform clinic duties.

• Effectively manage daily operation
• Plan, coordinate, oversee the process of providing TCM services
• Promote the clinic's services and products
• Friendly and approachable, with good interpersonal skills
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationship with our clients
• Follow up consultation with customers with regards to their treatments and products purchased
• Responsible in preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supply etc.
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely
• Handling paperwork and admin duties
• Clinic maintenance
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to work and stand for long hour
