Seoul Playground, based in Balestier Plaza, Singapore, seeks a Sales Director to lead sales growth, forge strategic partnerships, and expand its presence in the TCG community. The role oversees the sales team and drives revenue across local and international markets.

The ideal candidate brings demonstrated leadership in sales or business development, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a passion for collectibles. Experience with TCGs or a strong distributor network is highly valued.

Competenze

• Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially savvy with ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, Riftbound, or the collectibles industry is a plus.
• Established network within the TCG or collectibles community is advantageous.

• Sales Growth: develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Business Development: build relationships with distributors, suppliers, collectors, resellers, and partners locally and internationally.
• Commercial Strategy: identify new revenue streams, market opportunities and expansion initiatives.
