Job summary

Carlitos - Casa de Comidas is a neighbourhood restaurant in Singapore seeking friendly, energetic individuals to join our service team on a permanent part-time basis. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided.

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and work with the kitchen to ensure a smooth dining experience. Weekend and public holiday availability is expected; Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus and we can support you in getting one.

Qualifications

• Must be friendly, energetic and enjoy interacting with people.
• A team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn.
• Prior F&B service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly, and ensure a great dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and share menu recommendations with guests.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check in on guests throughout their meal and attend to requests.
• Clear and reset tables and keep dining area clean and tidy.
• Handle payments and operate the POS system.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area.
• Work closely with teammates and kitchen to ensure smooth service.
• Follow food hygiene, safety and grooming standards.

About Us

Carlitos - Casa de Comidas is a neighbourhood restaurant under Mission Group, a Singapore-based hospitality group with a portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts. Inspired by the casas de comidas of Spain, simple, welcoming eateries where people gather over good, honest food, we aim to make every guest feel at home from the moment they walk in.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people

• Prior F&B service experience is an advantage but not required
• Able to commit to a minimum of [X] shifts or [X] hours per week
• Able to work weekends and public holidays, as is usual in the F&B industry
