As a Bar Supervisor, you will play an important role in leading our bar operations, delivering memorable guest experiences, and supporting the team in maintaining a smooth and efficient service.
Lead and oversee day-to-day bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Welcome and engage guests with warm, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality.
Take orders and confidently recommend cocktails, wines, and other drinks based on guests' preferences.
Develop strong relationships with guests and create a welcoming bar experience that encourages repeat visits.
Maintain strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wines, spirits, and Spanish-inspired drinks.
Support the team in maintaining consistent drink quality, presentation, and service standards.
Assist with daily opening and closing procedures, including bar setup, stock checks, and end-of-day closing.
Monitor bar inventory and assist with stock ordering and proper storage of beverages and bar supplies.
Train and guide team members on beverage knowledge, service standards, and bar procedures.
Work closely with the kitchen and floor team to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
Handle guest feedback professionally and assist in resolving service issues when required.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards within the bar area.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar bar or supervisory role.
Strong interest and knowledge in cocktails, wines, spirits, and beverages.
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Experience with Spanish cuisine, Spanish wines, or Spanish beverages is an added advantage.
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1).
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with guests.
Passionate about hospitality with a strong eye for service and attention to detail.
Able to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
