Job summary

Carlitos – Casa de Comidas, a neighbourhood restaurant under Mission Group in Singapore, is hiring friendly, energetic people for a permanent part-time service role. No prior experience is needed as we provide full training.

Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a great dining experience. Weekend/holiday shifts are common, with support for learning and growth within the group.

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive and enjoys interacting with people.
• Team player who takes initiative and is willing to learn.
• Prior F&B service experience is an advantage but not required.
• Able to commit to a minimum of shifts or hours per week.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays, as is usual in the F&B industry.
• Food Hygiene Certificate is an advantage. We can support you in getting one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly, and make sure they have a great dining experience
• Take orders accurately and share menu recommendations with guests
• Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
• Check in on guests throughout their meal and attend to their requests
• Clear and reset tables, and keep the dining area clean and tidy
• Handle payments and operate the POS system
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the dining area
• Work closely with teammates and the kitchen so service runs smoothly
• Follow food hygiene, safety and grooming standards at all times
