Job summary

The Smart Nation Group - Digital Government (SNDG) under the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and administratively managed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) seeks an Assistant Director in the Strategy team to lead a team of 2 to 3 officers and drive Whole-of-Government digital strategies.

You will translate strategy into digital transformation efforts across Government agencies, work with SNDG leadership and GovTech to deliver on priorities, and develop methods to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in public policy, strategic planning, tech policy or related field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen interest in technology and digital products a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Formulate and refine Whole-of-Government Digital Government strategies
• Communicate strategies to diverse government stakeholders for alignment
• Design processes translating strategy into digital transformation across agencies
• Collaborate with SNDG leadership and GovTech to deliver priorities
• Develop metrics to measure progress of Digital Government efforts
