Job summary

Urban Redevelopment Authority in Singapore seeks a Talent Management professional to shape URA's talent pipeline, manage scholarships and internships, and partner with educational institutions to strengthen URA's employer branding.

You will lead end-to-end programmes, engage scholars and interns, and drive continuous improvement through data- and AI-enabled tooling, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or 3+ years in HR (talent management, talent acquisition, employee engagement or learning & development).
• Strong project management skills with ability to drive multiple initiatives.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting workforce data.
• Curiosity for process improvement and comfort with data and digital tools.
• Confident communicator and skilled stakeholder manager with credibility across levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive URA's Young Talent Pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end management of URA's scholarship and internship programmes.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions to strengthen URA's employer brand.
• Support Talent Development and Engagement initiatives.
• Plan and deliver engagement activities for scholars and interns.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven programme governance.
