Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Management and/or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development and/or organisational development roles.
• Proven success in implementing talent programs, succession planning frameworks and KPI management.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, talent platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.

• Plan and implement organisational development initiatives such as job redesign and culture-building to support evolving business needs.
• Design and implement organisation and departmental KPIs to drive accountability and performance excellence.
• Support departments in setting, tracking, and reviewing KPIs through structured performance reviews and feedback loops.
• Analyze talent and performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Translate employee engagement strategies into meaningful development opportunities to enhance growth, satisfaction and retention.

Plan and implement organisational development initiatives such as job redesign and culture-building efforts to support evolving business needs and foster a collaborative and agile workplace. Design and implement organisation and departmental KPIs that drive accountability, strategic alignment and performance excellence. Support departments in setting, tracking, and reviewing KPIs through structured performance reviews and feedback loops. Analyze talent and performance data to provide actionable insights to leadership team. Translate employee engagement strategies into meaningful development opportunities to enhance employee growth, satisfaction and employee retention.

Requirements

Degree in Human Resource, Organisational Development, Business Management and/or a related discipline Minimum of 7 years’ experience in talent management, leadership development and/or organisational development roles. Proven success in implementing talent programs, succession planning frameworks and KPI management within an organisation. Strong analytical skills with experience in performance data tracking and reporting. Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Workday, talent platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
