Job summary

CHARLES & KEITH Group is seeking an HR Technology Engineer to lead Workday configuration and ongoing maintenance, driving data-driven HR decisions across core modules including HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking. You will partner with HR teams to ensure system reliability and secure employee data management.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to train users and support

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Workday to meet HR needs, including workflows, security roles and reporting.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to HR users and address system inquiries.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance Workday usage across HR teams.
• Ensure secure management of employee data in Workday.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide HR insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Ensure Workday compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR projects involving the Workday system.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Technology Engineer to lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Workday HR system. This role is critical in driving system reliability, optimizing HR processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the HR function. You will play a key role in supporting core Workday modules—including HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking, and act as a trusted partner to HR teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize the Workday system to meet the company's HR needs, including setting up workflows, security roles, and reporting.
• Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support to HR team members and other users, addressing system-related issues and inquiries.
• Conduct training sessions for HR team members and other users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the Workday system.
• Ensure accurate and secure management of employee data within the Workday system.
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to streamline HR operations.
• Ensure the Workday system complies with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support HR projects and initiatives that involve the Workday system.
• Provide specialized support for Workday modules, including HCM, Recruitment, Performance, Absence, and Time Tracking.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration and support.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Workday configuration and customization.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
