Job summary

Singapore Tourism Board is seeking a talent and learning partner to strengthen the organisation’s talent pipeline and capabilities across two portfolios. You will own scholarship and internship programmes, managing outreach, selection, onboarding, and ongoing relationships with educational institutions.

• Own STB's scholarship and internship programmes from outreach to onboarding and long-term relationship management.
• Develop learning roadmaps and curate capability interventions across three Business Groups.
• Guide Training Coordinators on training administration and oversee the Education Awards cycle.
