Job summary

Certis is seeking a motivated individual to support the delivery of talent and leadership development initiatives within Group People Development. You will help coordinate programmes, engage stakeholders, and contribute to data and innovation projects.

You will gain exposure to talent and leadership development, programme coordination, and foundational HR analytics. This internship/entry role offers practical experience in a dynamic organisation.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in HR or talent development.
• Basic proficiency in Excel; data visualisation exposure is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and willing to learn

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of talent and leadership development initiatives within Group People Development, including programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and selected data and innovation projects.
• Support execution of early talent, capability development, and leadership programmes
• Assist in planning and coordination of activities (e.g. mentoring, workshops)
• Provide administrative and logistical support
• Coordinate role-matching interviews
• Support onboarding and orientation
• Support publicity and awareness efforts
• Assist in project coordination and tracking
• Feedback & Assessment Processes: Provide administrative support for 360 Feedback and potential assessment exercises
• Organisational Network Analysis (ONA) & Data Support: Assist in data preparation and research inputs for ONA
• Support basic data visualisation for reporting
• HR Innovation – Matching Agent Development: Support development of a matching agent by preparing and structuring data inputs
• Assist in guided fine-tuning of matching logic (e.g. defining pairing criteria)
• Support testing, validation, and refinement of outputs
