Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership development initiatives: delivery of programs and events, planning and coordination of learning initiatives, and administrative tracking of attendance and completion records.
• Assist in talent management processes: maintain trackers, provide administrative support for partner admissions and promotion processes, analyze talent data, and coordinate communications and logistics for talent initiatives.
• Help with people engagement & employer branding: plan and execute employee engagement activities, recruitment events, and internal campaigns; create engaging content; develop employee stories and visual materials.
