Job summary

MR DAI PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programmes to improve staff competency, service quality, operational standards and overall organizational performance. This role also supports the development of training systems, learning materials, SOPs and employee competency assessments to ensure consistent service standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, HR, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, teaching, learning & development or related fields.
• Fresh candidates with strong educational backgrounds and relevant transferable skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver employee training programmes to improve staff competency, service quality, operational standards and overall organizational performance.
• Support development of training systems, learning materials, SOPs and employee competency assessments to ensure consistent service standards across the organization.
• Prepare annual and monthly training plans and coordinate training schedules across departments.
• Observe employees during training and provide coaching and constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Conduct SOP compliance training and maintain training documentation for audit purposes.
• Liaise with HR and Operations to promote a positive learning culture and coordinate external training providers when needed.
