Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking a Specialist, Talent Development on a 6-month maternity cover to support learning initiatives and programme delivery. You will facilitate orientations, manage training logistics, maintain training records in Workday Learning, and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR/Business Admin, with 1–3 years of relevant experience and strong data, reporting, and communication

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning & Development or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, L&D, Talent Management or related field.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with data and Excel.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Forms, and SharePoint.
• Familiarity with Workday Learning is an added advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate weekly Orientation Programme.
• Provide administrative and operational support for learning and development programmes (training logistics, registrations, attendance tracking, post-programme evaluation).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external training vendors on scheduling, materials, venues, and participant communications.
• Maintain and update training records in the Workday Learning.
• Assist in preparation of training reports, dashboards, and utilisation summaries.
• Maintain up-to-date training calendar on SharePoint and ensure accuracy of training dates.
