Job summary

Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies (CSIT) seeks a Manager to lead a team that runs undergraduate scholarship and internship programmes. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle management, design development initiatives for scholars and interns, and provide counselling on academic and welfare matters.

You will lead stakeholder engagement with institutes, government agencies and internal partners, driving data-driven decisions and continuous improvement to deliver strong programme outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant work experience in scholarship, talent or programme management.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end programme lifecycles from recruitment to deployment.
• Strong stakeholder management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to policy and programme decisions; ability to build dashboards would be an advantage.
• Genuine passion for youth and talent development and for nurturing scholars and interns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Undergraduate Scholarship Management: manage award administration, ongoing deployment and scholar development initiatives.
• Oversee Internship Programme Management: strategy, budget, recruitment, onboarding and project matching for interns.
• Lead People & Team Leadership: build a collaborative, high-performing team culture and manage workloads and performance.
• Oversee Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement: review policies and processes to improve delivery and insights.
• Prepare data-driven reports for senior management on programme performance, budget and outcomes.
