Job summary

A*STAR Research Entities (A*STAR) is seeking an organised and proactive Manager, Talent Deployment to lead manpower administration, staff deployment operations and staff-to-role matching in line with project needs.

You will oversee workforce records, grant funding requests and audit support, collaborating with project leaders, HR and Finance to ensure accurate matching and timely approvals under funding conditions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, HR or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in manpower administration, workforce planning or grant administration.
• Experience in a public-sector, research, academic or large organisation is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning or workforce management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of staff strength, vacancies, hires, transfers and deployments to support planning.
• Coordinate recruitment requests, approvals, and staffing documentation.
• Support grant funding requests and audit responses with project teams and Finance.
• Develop and improve workforce trackers, reports and templates for timeliness and accuracy.
