Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner stakeholders on strategic HR matters, e.g. manpower/resource planning and succession planning.
• Formulate & advise specific solutions for Research Entities taking into account the context & complexity unique to Research Entities.
• Proactively identify trends & propose interventions.
• Coordinate HR related operations; enforce service delivery & standards.
• Act as resource linker for HR related support & services.

Requirements

• Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
