Job summary

• Legal – Familiar with local legislation and tripartite guidelines related to talent acquisition.
• Stakeholder management – ability to effectively prioritize and manage both internal and external stakeholders and candidates.
• Drive for results/closure – strong follow up skills with urgency to close positions.

• Technology savvy – good computer skills in Office, ATS and recruiting portals.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment activities for blue collars operators and technicians.
• Gather market information for compensation and benefits data.
• Plan and forecast hiring needs with business alignment.
• Sourcing, pre-screening, selection, interviews, on-site coordination, offers, and pre-employment checks.
• Ensure timely job postings and responses to applicants.
• Source and participate in external recruitment events for brand awareness.
• Promote company brand and engage with institutions/government for talent.
• Track and report recruitment activity data for HR metrics.
• Lead or participate in global/HR projects and other duties as assigned.
