You will partner with the HR Manager and hiring managers to manage end-to-end recruitment for all non-exempt positions in Singapore manufacturing operations, providing expertise, support and data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience in pharma/medical devices is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar operators and technicians in Singapore manufacturing.
• Gather market data to keep compensation and benefits competitive.
• Plan and forecast hiring needs in alignment with the business.
• Source, pre-screen, interview, coordinate onsite sessions, and extend offers with pre-employment checks.
• Ensure timely job postings and candidate responses.
• Participate in external recruitment events to raise brand awareness.
• Promote West’s brand and engage with institutions/government agencies to attract local talent.
• Accurately track and report recruitment activity to support HR metrics.
• Lead or participate in global HR projects as needed.
